POST ASSESSMENT PLANNING
Upon completion of the needs assessment, the researchers provided a list of results and recommendations for addressing the key issues in the eight target need areas and improving the overall quality of life for individuals in the Coastal Bend. This information will act as a guide to future improvement efforts for the community and can be used in a variety of ways. Prioritizing community service projects, preparing grant applications, developing policies, decision making, program planning, creating collaborations, the possibilities are numerous.
Work groups of volunteers are currently analyzing and prioritizing the results and recommendations of the needs assessment. United Way will use this information to determine the role it will play in each of the target need areas.
