VITA Sites Open for Filers
From January through April, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites will be open for the 2011 tax filing season. IRS-trained volunteers are on hand to help those who earned less than $50,000 in 2011 to electronically prepare and file taxes.

August 16 (Thursday) Operation S.O.S. - Sorting donated school supplies for Operation S.O.S. (Supply Our Students) which will go to school districts throughout the Coastal Bend.
