No taxpayer shall be subjected to discrimination based on race, color, sex, religion, creed, age, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, age or disability.
Trained and tested by IRS-certified instructors, VITA volunteers provide FREE income tax filing services for low-to-moderate income individuals and families. Participating taxpayers avoid fees and receive assistance obtaining all applicable tax credits. VITA's goal is to get as much income back to taxpayers as possible

You may file at any time and your return will be queued as the IRS will not start processing forms until January 29th. Those claiming disaster losses are encouraged to seek filing assistance through MyFreeTaxes or other filing services.
