While disasters are generally discreet events in time and allow survivors to grieve, process, and move forward, COVID-19 is an ongoing disaster. As we continue to navigate our lives against the backdrop of the pandemic, developing mind-body wellness tools is increasingly important. This one-hour virtual workshop discusses the nature and effects of cumulative stress and looks at evidence-based self-care practices to help cope.
