Real Talk: Cumulative Stress & Self-Care

Thank you to those who took part in our event on Dec. 7, 2021.

While disasters are generally discreet events in time and allow survivors to grieve, process, and move forward, COVID-19 is an ongoing disaster. As we continue to navigate our lives against the backdrop of the pandemic, developing mind-body wellness tools is increasingly important. This one-hour virtual workshop discussed the nature and effects of cumulative stress and looked at evidence-based self-care practices to help cope.
